The apartment is on the 5th floor and on the lower ground floor is a mall with a huge supermarket - you just take the elevator down and you're in the mall. So handy to do your shopping, plus there is a pharmacy on site and loads of places to eat in the immediate area. Security guards are present at the entrance and exit to the compound at all times and they are friendly and kind. There is also a car underground garage for a daily small fee.
